Deposits:

Deposit will be 50% of the total cleaning cost and due at time of booking.

 

Cancellations:

You must cancel 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning for a full refund of the deposit.

*If we are unable to gain access to the property or are turned away at the time of cleaning you will lose your deposit.

*Quote may vary due to inaccurate description of property or extra cleaning needed.

*If you are not happy with the service for any reason, please call us immediately. A re-schedule cleaning must be made within 1 day of original appointment.
